New York Supplier/Buyer Meet & Greet: Long Island

(Riverhead, Long Island)  This Meet & Greet will provide a consolidated sales opportunity to meet with Domestic and International Group Tour Operators that bring/send groups to New York. Tour Operators will be invited from the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions to be hosted by our NY team for a dinner and networking exchange. On day 2 you will join your fellow suppliers and tour operators for breakfast and a private tour of the Long Island Aquarium before departure.

22nd Annual Florida Sales Mission 

(Greater Miami and Orlando)  Although New York City is home to major US Receptive Operators and DMCs in the country, Miami and Orlando come in a close second. Over the course of 3.5 days you will network in Miami, conduct in-office presentations in both Miami and Orlando and host a Breakfast Networking Exchange with US Receptive Operators and Group Tour Operators in Orlando. These buyers’ clients are from global markets, including South America, Europe and the UK, sending FIT, Group, Event & Incentive clients to New York. Do not miss meeting with some of the largest international inbound travel trade.

(Midtown Manhattan) – Individual sales appointments followed by a networking reception with key representatives from International Receptive Operators, DMCs/Incentive 

Tour Operators & Domestic Motorcoach Tour Operators all promoting and selling New York. These buyers work in global markets sending many visitor types: FIT, Groups, Fly-Drives, Corporate, Leisure, Meetings, Incentives, Events, Special Interest, etc. Let this be the opportunity to get in front of influential companies that can be challenging to achieve an office appointment/in-person meeting with on your own.
