Co-op Mailing Program Mail us your rack card/brochure or tour & travel sell-sheet and let us do the work! Your information will be mailed to approx. 600 KEY Motorcoach/Tour Operators & AAA offices in New England, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Ontario and Quebec who book tours into New York.  Old fashion, physical mailings in the market are not dead. We hear all year long of tour operators that create new itineraries based on new information they receive through our Co-op mailings!

Marketing Programs

Sales Blitzes: Our 'Sales Office on Wheels' cover a wide range of priority market areas traveling aboard an executive motorcoach. This is an opportunity to meet with 14-18 Motorcoach/Tour Operators in a two to three day period on a pre-planned and pre-qualified program, with up to 12 other suppliers from New York State.
With pre-arranged appointments, the coach will visit Motorcoach/Tour Operators' offices, where their travel planners will board the coach to meet with the suppliers. At the conclusion of the stop, each operator will receive a bag filled with suppliers' brochures and sales materials.

 

Sales Missions: In the International market, our annual California, Florida and NYC Sales Missions target the "Visit USA" international inbound operators, wholesalers and DMC/Incentive buyers. A combination of personal sales calls to each office as well as intimate networking meetings offer face-to-face exposure and education in the International market. 


Purpose: The above mentioned methods of sales & marketing and promotion provide a unique and impressive way to meet one-on-one with these operators and their marketing and sales staff in a controlled soft sell atmosphere.
